Application list

The application list shows you all of the applications in a Database. You will see the list when you first login to the database (if there is more than one application). You can also access the list at any time by clicking the Applications link in the upper right corner of the screen (1).

If your account contains many applications, you can search for a particular application using the search box (2).

Above the list, there is a link to create a new application (3).

For each application that already exists, you will see the name and a description (if one has been added — no descriptions in this image). You can click on the name of an application to begin using it.

You can click on the column headers (4) to sort applications by name, usage, and date of last access by you.

If you are an administrator, you will also see these options (5):

• Edit Details to edit the name of the application and description that appears below the name
• Copy to duplicate the entire contents and structure of an application
• Copy structure of the application to create a structural duplicate
• Delete to remove the application and all of its data from the database
